Located 15 minutes SE of downtown Drumheller, the East Coulee School Museum is only a 5-minute drive from the HooDoo's. The heritage school building is a Provincial Heritage Resource. Once a 12-room schoolhouse, it is now converted to a museum. Visit the 1930's Classroom, the Coal Miner's Shack, the Family Room, the Fossil Room, and all the exhibits. Chat with a Heritage Interpreter to enrich your visit with stories from the era. Stay a little longer to grab lunch in The Willow Cafe, or order some treats for takeaway.
