HI Mount Edith Cavell is currently closed following the Jasper wildfires in July 2024. They can’t wait to welcome you back once it’s safe to reopen—thanks for your patience! Backed by the towering Mount Edith Cavell, this spot is a favorite for hikers, cyclists, and even cross-country skiers. The unique location of the hostel gives guests easy access to the breathtaking views of Angel Glacier and Cavell Meadows. Many backcountry adventurists use it as a base to explore the backcountry trails of the Tonquin Valley.
