Red Deer Arts Council

Red Deer Arts Council in downtown Red Deer connects travellers with local art, performances and creative programs that bring the community to life. Explore exhibitions at the Kiwanis Public Art Gallery in Red Deer Public Library and the Community Gallery at the council’s downtown office. Gallery openings take place on the first Friday of every month, offering a welcoming way to discover work by local visual artists. In summer, the In the Neighbourhood Concert Series brings live music into the community. The council also supports a community choir, arts programs for people with disabilities and activities during Alberta Culture Days. Through education, advocacy, scholarships, awards and training opportunities, it helps artists of all experience levels create, connect and grow.
