La Cite Francophone

La Cité Francophone is a cultural community centre as well as a meeting place for all Edmontonians. It houses French-language cultural, social, pedagogical, and professional and social services. La Cité also offers outstanding venues for events with a theatre, classrooms, dance studios, banquet/conference halls, and a fully useable and extensive outdoor patio. These spaces and venues are available to all societies, associations, groups, businesses, and individuals for uses ranging from Musical - Drama theatre productions, business meetings/conferences, weddings, workshops, media launches, markets, and a myriad of other activities. La Cité is a catalyst in the community with cultural initiatives that include Le Café Bicyclette, Summer, Fringe, and Fall music series, Galerie Cité (Art exhibits), farmer's markets, and the Flying Canoe Volant Celebration.
