HeLa Ventures

The HeLa Ventures Outdoor Adventure Education Centre, nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, is dedicated to providing individuals, school groups, and all-around adventure seekers with positive outdoor educational experiences. They offer a variety of activities, including river canoeing, lake canoeing, whitewater rafting, wilderness canoe trips, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and outdoor living skills. Their programs are delivered from a holistic perspective by well-trained and experienced educators and guides with a focus on active living in nature and outdoor education. They also offer canoe rentals and shuttles along the North Saskatchewan River between Nordegg and Drayton Valley. Directions: From Rocky Mountain House, take Highway 11 towards Nordegg for 24km. Take a left at the HeLa Ventures sign. Take a right immediately. Follow the gravel road until you reach the HeLa property on your right.
