Fat Unicorn Brewery

What started as a hobby for Brew Master Paul Reutov became a reality when Fat Unicorn Brewery came to fruition in August 2014. A destination brewery, located on a beautiful ranch in Lac La Biche County, FU Brewery has a lot to offer. They have a tasting room that features a unique "growler filler" bar, and scheduled brewmaster openings throughout the year. They operate in small-batch brewing, keeping the basic fundamentals in mind, focusing on great flavour, taste, and a clean crisp finish. Currently, they have six branded beers and they have a couple seasonal beers on rotation throughout the seasons. The attached restaurant, FUBrew Tap & Grill, offers a diverse menu.
