Big Winter Classic

Big Winter Classic was born out of an idea to celebrate Calgary year-round, not just in the fleeting summer months. Arts, Culture, Music and Community come together at BIG Winter Classic for a four-day winter wonderland weekend. The 8th edition of BIG Winter Classic is a pillar event and partner of the City of Calgary's Chinook Blast. Big Winter Classic takes over multiple local businesses in Calgary's Beltline district the more than 80 musical acts, 20 + artists, and three days of interactive arts and entertainment. 9 indoor - and outdoor stages take over The Beltline and offer programming for everyone. Big Winter Classic is an all-inclusive festival and is proud to offer free all-ages programming offers along with art exhibits, drag, comedy and numerous local food and beverage providers.
