HeLa Ventures

Nestled in the heart of David Thompson Country in Alberta, HeLa Ventures is dedicated to providing families, youth groups, school groups, and all-around adventure seekers with positive outdoor educational experiences.​ HeLa offers a variety of activities including lake and river canoeing, whitewater rafting, wilderness canoe trips, rock climbing, rappelling, mountain biking, hiking, and wilderness living & survival skills. All programs are delivered from a holistic perspective by well-trained and experienced educators and guides with a focus on active living in nature and outdoor education. HeLa also offers canoe rentals and shuttles along the North Saskatchewan River between Nordegg and Drayton Valley.
