Fallen Timber South Provincial Recreation Area is located 13 km west of Cochrane on Hwy. 1A and 52 km north on Hwy. 40. A good base camp in the foothills for nearby hiking, fishing and OHV trails. Registered campers may offload OHVs and travel to trails from their campsites.
