Edmonton Heritage Festival
Edmonton Heritage Festival in Edmonton offers a three-day outdoor celebration of global cultures with food, performances, and exhibits for all ages. Each August, multiple cultural communities come together to share their history, song, dance, and cuisine with visitors. Guests can sample unique dishes, watch traditional performances, and explore cultural displays that highlight customs and everyday life from around the world. The festival focuses on cultural diversity and inclusion, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone can learn, connect, and celebrate. As it takes place outdoors, visitors are encouraged to dress for the weather, wander between pavilions at their own pace, and enjoy a relaxed, family-friendly experience. Due to the renovations currently happening at their usual home of Hawrelak Park, the festival has been relocated to the Edmonton Exhibition Lands and Borden Parks.
