Twisted Fork Restaurant serves seasonal, handcrafted fare that brings fresh local and Canadian ingredients to the table. Dozens of local farmers, producers and businesses help shape a menu that captures ingredients at their peak. The cuisine is approachable and unpretentious, inviting diners to taste the season through thoughtfully prepared dishes. Nearly everything is made from scratch in-house, including jams, dressings and barbecue sauce, which helps the kitchen accommodate special diets. Items not prepared on-site, such as breads, come from select bakeries. Seasonal flavours are also preserved so guests can enjoy them throughout the year.
