Moose Lake Campground

Nestled just north of Bonnyville, Moose Lake Provincial Park offers a peaceful natural retreat framed by jack pine forests and soft sandy shores. The Moose Lake Campground provides 59 sites—including 47 with electrical hookups and 12 unserviced—for tent and RV camping from mid‑May to early September. Amenities include fire pits, picnic tables, a playground, fish cleaning stations, a boat launch, pier, sani‑dump, tap water (non‑potable), and firewood for sale. While the lake invites swimming, paddling, boating, waterskiing, windsurfing, and fishing, visitors should watch for occasional blue‑green algae advisories. The surrounding trails offer hiking and wildlife viewing, with over 100 bird species recorded and chances to glimpse moose, deer, and bears. Remember to bring your own drinking water and enjoy the serene lakeside escape in northeastern Alberta.
