Bowden SunMaze

Half a million sunflowers are planted on the farm for families and friends to enjoy from mid-August until mid-September. Staggered plantings of sunflowers on the farm to ensure blooming Sunflowers from the early August until the cold fall finishes off the bloom mid to late September. Most of the sunflowers reach a maximum height of around six feet tall, however, some varieties can grow over 12 feet. The Bowden SunMaze is located next to a Certified Organic U-pick Flower and Vegetable Garden. In the U-pick gardens we grow a wide range of flowers alongside carrots, potatoes, peas, beans, zucchini & onions. A farm store is fully stocked with a wide range of organic veggies grown on the farm.
