Wapiti Shooters Club

Founded in 1949, the Wapiti Shooters Club is regarded as one of the finest shooting clubs in Alberta. As a multi-discipline club, they offer shotgun, handgun and rifle shooting. The shotgun fields are trap, sporting clays and skeet, and the closed-in rifle range offers the shooter the ability to shoot up to 200 metres. The outdoor handgun range consists of 12 lanes, shooting from a variety of distances. There is also a year-round six-lane heated indoor range. As well as shooting events, the club can also be rented for business functions and non-alcoholic parties. Facilities include a large deck with picnic tables, a full kitchen, barbecues, restrooms, fire pits and RV parking.
