Two Rivers Distillery

Since its inception, this craft distillery has focused on creating premium spirits using the finest local ingredients. While that sounds simple, the reality of consistently producing high-quality spirits is more complex. Fortunately, Alberta’s world-class water and barley provide a strong foundation, and when paired with Canadian-made distilling equipment handcrafted in Victoria, BC, they yield spirits worthy of the distillery’s name. Quality is the top priority—any spirit that doesn’t meet the highest standards simply doesn’t make it to the bottle, ensuring every pour reflects craftsmanship and pride. Having said this, some items will always have to be sourced out of country (for example there are no citrus trees in Canada which is a botanical in our gin), but our focus is to try to source all of our ingredients within a 100KM radius of the distillery.
