The Lingnan

The Lingnan Restaurant opened in 1947 in Edmonton and is the oldest Chinese food restaurant in the city. Today, the Lingnan continues to serve tasty Chinese food favourites like cashew chicken, ginger beef, and its own mix of chop suey to both visitors and locals. The Lingnan is run by the Quon family, who were featured in a Canadian documentary series about their lives as restaurateurs.
