The Kinkonauts

The Kinkonauts are Calgary’s Improv Lab: a long-form improvisational theatre troupe based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They take up residence in Inglewood in the amazing Alexandra Centre and are dedicated to creating emotional, grotesque, and profound play-skits & make-em-ups. Their regular show season runs October through April on Saturday nights, with special events dotted throughout the summer. Along with their partners, Obviously Improv, they run Calgary Improv School. They offer improv classes to take you from beginner to expert, engaging your creativity and fun, and performing on the completely made-up stage. Improve your work, relationships, and well-being with the best brain training on the planet. They also hold Calgary's only weekly public drop-in improv class, every Saturday (year-round) at 1:00 p.m. in their training center. Open to absolute beginners to know-it-all experts, there's no reason to not give it a try.
