The Centre for Creative Arts

The Centre for Creative Arts in Grande Prairie offers local art, classes and studio space where visitors can explore their creativity. Two galleries present 24 new shows each year, while the gift shop features fine art made entirely by local artists. Drop-in classes welcome all ages and experience levels, giving curious beginners and seasoned makers a chance to learn, experiment and develop their craft. Community members can use drop-in studio space, and local groups such as the Grande Prairie Figure Drawing Club and Artists North meet at the Centre. Its Healing Arts Program Initiative partners with community groups to create positive art experiences and a sense of accomplishment. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
