Sauvage is tucked away from the busy heart of town. You will find a charming character home on a sleepy side street, you may smell their fresh breads baking, or the sweet smell of the garden surrounding them, just a few of the sensuous experiences awaiting you. Chef Tracy Little’s offerings reflect her love of the mountains, of food and foraging. The kitchen incorporates this into everything they do with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship. The servers will guide you in your tasting menu experience, or maybe an interactive story heralding from their adventures in the wild.
