Tap Town Books

Tap Town Books is an independent bookstore located on Nanton's Main Street in the historic 1908 Creighton Drug Store building. Named after what Nanton used to be known for and called ("Tap Town") for its spring water from the Foothills, it carries a wide selection of books, local art, wood puzzles, and more. Tap Town Books also holds regular author events throughout the year. It includes a gorgeous kids' room with books, custom-made book literacy bags, seating, and a colouring table. Recently called "one of the best independent bookstores around," Tap Town Books has become a destination for Calgarians and others travelling through this charming town.
