Spirit Hills Flower Winery in Millarville offers handcrafted flower wines, giving guests a distinctive taste of the Rocky Mountain Foothills. Founded and run by the Bonjean family, Spirit Hills draws on a lineage of French winemakers with vineyards still thriving in central France. Since settling in the foothills in 1997, the family has lived off the land, growing their own food organically and preserving it through canning, drying, freezing, and cold storage. Their deep connection to the land inspired the creation of a flower winery that transforms local blossoms into character-filled wines. Each bottle reflects Alberta’s culture and identity, inviting visitors to experience a truly local expression of the region’s landscape and traditions.
