There’s a little bit of Alberta history in every glass of spirit from Silver Devil Spirits, and it all starts with a family farm. Ian and Marnie Scott are the fourth generation to work the land. They knew they were blessed with the most coveted raw material a distiller could ask for - more than 400 acres of prime Alberta farmland on which to grow the wheat they needed. They set about building a state-of-the-art distillery right in their hometown of Innisfail. Before they knew it, they had their first batch of award-winning vodka. They are a true family-run operation, with Ian and Marnie doing everything from distilling to bottling to shipping.
