Sandy Point Resort & RV Park welcomes year-round residents, seasonal visitors and overnight campers. With a beautiful location on the western shore of Gull Lake, Sandy Point keeps all visitors happy. The resort is about 28 km (17 mi) west of Lacombe, making it easy to get to—and making it easy for visitors to get away from it all. Gull Lake is excellent for water skiing, fishing, sailing and paddling. The beach at Sandy Point is—you guessed it—sandy, so it’s the perfect place to build a castle or just stretch out and soak up the heat. There are also walking trails and a 12-hole golf course is currently under construction. There are 72 sites for overnight camping and 550 seasonal RV lots. If, after your stay, you start thinking about something a little more permanent, year-round lots are still available.
