Ross Lake Campground

You’ll find Ross Lake Campground in Whitney Lakes Provincial Park. It’s about 90 km north of Lloydminster in eastern Alberta. The campground has 143 serviced campsites (15 amps and 30 amps power) and five unserviced campsites. One of the unserviced sites is wheelchair accessible. Ross Lake has flush toilets, showers and firepits. Firewood is sold on-site, and there is also a small store that stocks camping staples. Campers will also find a boat launch, a life-jacket loaner station and a fish cleaning station so they can get out on the water. Ross Lake also offers great swimming and three sandy beaches. The area is popular with birders, as some 145 species have been seen here. The 30 km (19 mi) of trails wind through Whitney Lakes Provincial Park, linking the lakes and delivering wildlife spotting opportunities.
