Prime Stock Theatre Company

Prime Stock Theatre is a not-for-profit professional theatre company based in Red Deer, Alberta. They have produced and performed high-quality theatre in Red Deer and area since 1996 and are best known for their highly popular Bard on Bower - Shakespeare Festival which happens every summer at Bower Ponds in Red Deer. This three-week festival is free to attend and features two Shakespeare plays performed by an ensemble cast. In addition to outdoor Summer Shakespeare, they also produce traditional theatre at indoor venues, including Contemporary and Classical works in the spring and fall. Prime Stock Theatre exists to inspire connections, creative thinking, and empathy through its leadership and knowledge sharing.
