Pivot Spirits Craft Distillery is Southern Alberta's Irrigated Farm Craft Distillery. Owners Lars (Larry) Hirch and Rachelle Fiset grow grain under pivot sprinkler irrigation systems on their farm and transform them into unique premium spirits. Sustainable farming and distilling practices abound. Enjoy specialty cocktails under the solar panel-covered patio paired with pizza and snacks in the restaurant open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 9 pm. Stop in for a spirit tasting and purchase Monday to Saturday. Check out the availability of farm/distillery tours which weather permitting may include: viewing badlands geography, touring growing crops, seeing irrigation in action, feeding spent mash to cattle, tasting unique spirits right off a copper-clad still or cask strength out of a barrel.
