Pike Studios

Just 25 minutes south of Calgary in the cool little town of High River, Pike Studios hosts the pottery work of Connie and the metalwork of her husband Bob. Their work has been recognized by the Alberta Art Foundation and their pieces have been purchased by customers from the far reaches of the world. Working together since 1978, they’ve used over ¼ million pounds of clay (300,000k) in making numerous styles of functional stoneware, porcelain pottery, hand-made custom tiles, lamps, and even architectural murals. Connie works with high-fired porcelain making functional cooking ware, dinnerware, mugs, vases, canister sets, baking dishes, goblets, jars, one-of-a-kind art pieces, and more. Bob works in metal, making art boxes, tables, light fixtures, assorted architectural accents, and the gates to the popular foothills attraction of Saskatoon Farm (east of Okotoks). Best to confirm your appointment ahead of time for a tour.
