Oum Bánh Mì Café was built on a simple idea: food brings people together. As children of Cambodian and Vietnamese immigrants, they grew up in homes where food was more than something you ate. It was how family connected, how culture was shared, and how care was expressed. Some of their strongest memories were made around kitchen tables filled with simple meals, conversation, and people who mattered. Those experiences shaped the way they think about food today. Their menu reflects the foods they love to eat and share themselves. They share Vietnamese-inspired bánh mì sandwiches, fresh salad rolls, and baked goods. And the sandwiches are the highlight, bringing together different elements, different textures, and different flavours.
