Guided horseback trail rides from Old Entrance B 'n B Cabins near Jasper National Park. Offered from May through October, trail rides are along the Athabasca River and into the surrounding foothills with spectacular views of the eastern slopes of the Rockies. This is a safe family activity with a minimum age for children six years old. Trail Rides range from 1-hour duration to full-day excursions. Reserve in advance, some late bookings may be accommodated. Trail Rides exceeding 3 hours must be reserved in advance with a minimum of four participants. They also offer horse-drawn wagon rides during the winter months. This is a two-hour afternoon outing with a stop at mid-point for a social time around a campfire, bring your own snacks.
