At Nomiya, every bowl of ramen is crafted with dedication and care. The homemade broth, created from Chef Jeff Chan’s special recipe, is a labour of love that has taken 45 years to perfect. The broth is simmered for a minimum of eight hours, ensuring a rich and flavorful base for each dish. Each ramen dish is then topped with the ideal combination of char sui, fresh fixings, and perfectly cooked noodles.
