Native Cultural Arts Museum

Founded in 1976, the Native Cultural Arts Museum is part of Northern Lakes College and is located on the Grouard Campus in northern Alberta. The museum’s diverse collection celebrates the rich heritage of Indigenous cultures, with a special focus on the Métis and Woodland Cree of the region. Through carefully curated artifacts, visitors can explore both historical and contemporary perspectives. Exhibits showcase art, music, regalia, hunting traditions, clothing, and more, offering meaningful insight into the lifestyles, creativity, and resilience of Aboriginal peoples.
