Moose Lake Provincial Park

A 15-minute drive from Bonnyville brings you to this northern Alberta park. Moose Lake Provincial Park is situated on the shores of Moose Lake and is mainly covered in forests of jack pine, aspen, and white birch (with the exception of a few open areas and a couple of bogs). The park is home to about 100 bird species and hundreds of species of plants. The park is a destination for plenty of outdoor pursuits, from camping and hiking to canoeing and windsurfing, and there’s a beach area for lounging in the sun.
