Model Milk is set in Calgary's historic dairy building in the heart of uptown, 17th Avenue. Model Milk's philosophy is - buy the best ingredients they can afford and try not to screw them up before they hit the plate. Sourcing great quality local and regional products, preparing them simply, and showcasing them at their best.
