Mill Woods Recreation Centre

The Mill Woods Recreation Centre offers recreation and fitness experiences for all ages and abilities. Features include a 45-metre wave pool, dive tank, waterslide, whirlpool, sauna, fitness centre, two NHL-sized arenas, and squash and racquetball courts. They even provide child-minding services in their indoor play space, so you can get your workout in. Outside you’ll find tennis courts, sports fields, running track and a skatepark.
