The McLean Creek Campground is nestled in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, just 15 km (9 mi) from the charming hamlet of Bragg Creek and only 59 km (37 mi) from Calgary. There are plenty of sites for tents and RVs at this extensive campground. You can choose from unserviced or powered sites and access the washrooms, showers and laundry facilities. Each site has a table and a fire pit outfitted with a grill. You can buy firewood from the campground store. Every camping spot has access to the common park area on forest trails. It’s a fun campground for kids to explore on foot or bikes. Besides the park, they can discover the fishing pond and an amphitheatre. The four paved loops of campsites make for excellent adventures. If hiking, biking or off-road excursions are on your list, there are extensive trails in the McLean Creek Public Land Use Zone (PLUZ).
