John & Maggie Mitchell Art Gallery

Located in the Main Atrium of Allard Hall, the Mitchell Art Gallery is MacEwan University's professional public art gallery, dedicated to engaging timely conversations and community through contemporary art. The gallery hosts fall, winter and spring exhibitions as well as numerous free public art programs and events, including artist talks and workshops. The MacEwan Art Collection featuring 200+ artists is managed and curated by the MAG. The MAG also organizes ArtBus, an annual one-day downtown-wide event featuring multiple art galleries connected by free Edmonton Transit buses. Visit the MAG from Tuesday to Saturday from 12 to 5 p.m. Learn more about upcoming programming on the official website.
