Custom-built for the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, this versatile hall has hosted acclaimed artists and ensembles such as Emmylou Harris, Jason Mraz, Weird Al, Jim Cuddy, Bruce Cockburn and John Cleese. The space is designed to showcase everything from orchestral concerts to touring shows and special events. A 56-ton wooden acoustical canopy suspended above the stage, along with sound curtains flanking the orchestra, allows the acoustics to be finely tuned for each performance.
