Hartman Green is an 843-metre nine-hole par 27 course located west of Ecole Olds Elementary School at 53rd Avenue and 53rd Street. The Park was dedicated to the memory of Dr. C.C. Hartman on July 1, 1983. Dr. Hartman lived in Olds and practiced medicine for 56 years until he passed away in 1966. Dr. Hartman served on the Board of Trustees for Woods Christian Homes between 1915-1926 and was president of the Olds Chamber of Commerce from 1958-1959. Hartman Green Park was originally built for the 1999 Alberta Seniors Games on the site of an old par 3 golf course. Beautiful paved trails meander through the park and a 9-hole Disc Golf course is available to all. In 2017, the disc golf equipment was totally refurbished and new signage with the location of "baskets" and rules to the game can be found throughout the park. Hartman Green amenities include three picnic tables, seven benches, one legacy bench, nine garbage cans, three dog bag stations, three recycle bins, three dog bag waste stations, and one porta-potty.
