Together, the pair bring decades of experience as well as global influence. HALO is an acronym for High Altitude Low Octane, staying true to the airport theme while providing fine dining. The menu is seasonally updated and features weekly chef specials complimented by the weekly cocktail special - both guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind and perfectly executed - and menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The chefs can cater to nearly any dietary requirement while still ensuring guests are left satisfied - no bland dishes allowed!
