Grist Haven Lodge

Grist Haven Lodge offers year-round relaxation whether you’re into fishing, ice fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, quadding, or photography. A 4x4 or SUV is recommended as the roads can get quite muddy after rain. Grist Lake is a small, deep lake about five kilometres long with some of the best lake trout, whitefish, and northern pike fishing in Northern Alberta. Cozy log cabins are located on a white sandy beach on the shore of Grist Lake and feature showers and propane heat. Each cabin has its own barbecue, fire pit, and fully-equipped kitchenette with a propane fridge, cooktop, dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. Guests supply their own food, sleeping bags, and towels. Camping is also available on a well-equipped RV campground.
