Perched on the shores of Fickle Lake in the tranquil lower foothills, Fickle Lake Campground invites campers into a serene landscape of spruce forests and peaceful waters. With 36 unserviced sites suited for both RVs and tents—many offering scenic lakeside views—the campground provides easy access to a boat launch, dock, and shoreline perfect for boating, paddling, or relaxing lakeside. Amenities include firepits, fish‑cleaning stations, pit or vault toilets, and water via hand pump (though it’s recommended to bring your own drinking water). The campground runs seasonally from early May through the end of October and operates on a reservation system via phone (with unreserved sites available on a first‑come, first‑served basis), offering an ideal balance of rustic charm and convenience for outdoor and angling enthusiasts.
