Epcor Environmental Education Centre

The EPCOR Environmental Education Centre opened in June of 2017. The centre offers a visual exploration of Okotoks' water system and watershed. Visitors can view full wall murals, which explain where the town’s water comes from, how it moves throughout the community, how to best sustainably manage it, where it goes after it’s used, and what the future holds for the water supply.  The centre also explains how green infrastructure is used to manage the stormwater from the Town's Operations Centre site.
