Edmonton International Raceway

Edmonton International Raceway (EIR) in Wetaskiwin stands as Alberta’s only NASCAR-sanctioned stock car track, offering thrilling family entertainment on Saturday nights from May 30 to September 19, 2026. The venue delivers an action-packed atmosphere where fans can enjoy high-energy racing in a welcoming, community-focused setting. EIR is also home to Western Canada’s only stock car test-drive program, giving guests the rare chance to get behind the wheel of a real race car on a true NASCAR track. Corporate and birthday packages add even more ways to experience the excitement. Each Saturday features a full lineup of racing, including NASCAR Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Hit to Pass, Baby Grands, Race A Wreck Enduro events, and Stacker Car Racing—the only track in Canada to host this unique class. EIR is also the only track in Alberta and B.C. chosen to host the National NASCAR Canada Series, with the NASCAR NAPA 300 scheduled for July 2026. Tickets will be available online.
