More than a sports and recreation facility, Eastlink Centre is where community is built and people of all ages come to explore, engage and experience their services. The $110 million, 450,000 square foot Eastlink Centre, located in South Grande Prairie, is a modern health and fitness facility offering recreation activities to a wide range of users. The aquatics area provides entertainment for all ages with two water slides, FlowRider for simulated surfing and a colourful dinosaur-themed waterpark for children ages 12 and under. For those looking for a more relaxing visit, the facility also offers a lazy river, family and adult hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna. Overlooking the aquatics area is a full-sized athletics facility. The Fieldhouse provides courts and equipment for a variety of sports or fitness classes. The second floor hosts a large weight room, cardio equipment with flat screens and multipurpose rooms that offer space for fitness classes and community groups.
