Experience artisan cheesemaking up close. Crystal Springs Cheese now has a retail location right in the factory. Sit at their bar overlooking production, while munching on classic Dutch Café food, prepared in-house at their café. Factory tours are also available for your enjoyment. They have a wide selection of artisan cheeses, such as Gouda, Havarti, and white cheddar, in an assortment of flavours, as well as a growing selection of specialty imported cheeses. The store also features regular and Greek yogurt, and sour cream, all made in-house. Take a short trip off the beaten path and visit them!
