The Chef's table is a one of a kind experience with Chef JP and Xavier. Each dish is custom created for the night, based on your preferences and dietary needs. Imagine, Chef JP is 6 feet away from you building and garnishing your dish, he comes out to describe the dishes and tells the story behind each. Their team introduces a wine or cocktail that Xavier has selected. You continue your conversation, chat with your neighbours, gaze out the window at an uninterrupted view of downtown and the river valley from the third floor. You embrace the dish and savour it, you have 4 - 6 courses to enjoy, the night is going to be great.
