Central Spray and Play

Central Spray and Play in Red Deer offers a free, accessible spray park where families can cool off, play and relax together in summer. Located in the northwest corner of Rotary Recreation Park, this 7,500-square-foot space invites kids to spray, splash and play on equipment inspired by railway and river themes that reflect Red Deer's rich history. The site includes picnic areas, seating areas and convenient washroom and change room facilities, making it easy to spend a full afternoon here. Public parking is available, along with access to public transit and the Red Deer trail system for those arriving on foot or by bike. Central Spray and Play operates daily from 11 a.m.–7 p.m., weather permitting, from late May through the September long weekend, offering a refreshing outdoor escape all season long.
