Callingwood Farmers' Market

Callingwood Farmers’ Market in West Edmonton has been a community staple for 35 years and continues to be one of the city’s most beloved markets. Operating from the first Sunday in May until Thanksgiving Sunday in October, it hosts the original and largest outdoor Sunday market in the area. A smaller midweek market also runs on Wednesdays, offering added convenience for shoppers. Vendors showcase an impressive variety of goods, including locally grown fruits and vegetables, farm-raised meats, baked treats, sweets, ethnic foods, preserves, plants, décor, apparel, woodwork, crafts, liquor, and many unique handmade items. Many booths also feature gluten-free or organic options, along with simple meal ideas for busy families. The market is located in the covered courtyard of The Marketplace at Callingwood, with Sunday markets extending into the east parking lot facing 177 Street. Free parking, plus easy access by bus and bike, make visiting simple and enjoyable.
