Bragg Creek Trading Post

Bragg Creek Trading Post offers travellers a historic shopping stop with authentic crafts and a peaceful riverside setting. For over 90 years, this landmark trading post has served the community with genuine native crafts, including moccasins, Cowichan knitwear, mukluks and dream catchers. Visitors can also browse books by local English and Cree authors, adding stories and insight to their visit. Still run by the same family that began trading with local Indigenous communities, the shop sits along the centuries-old Stoney Trail. It is the only business located directly on the river in Bragg Creek, giving guests a quiet place to pause, enjoy the view and feel the subtle blend of old and new.
