Barneys Adventure Park

Barneys Adventure Park in Drumheller’s Canadian Badlands offers farm, mining, and dinosaur adventures that bring the valley’s stories to life. The barnyard area celebrates the Drumheller Valley’s agricultural roots with a corn maze, petting zoo, Ma Gilbert’s daily pig racing, a giant pumpkin patch, pedal cart races, a pumpkin cannon, and friendly goats, bunnies and horses. Visitors can wander at their own pace or dive into the action with interactive games and races. In the Boomtown zone, guests explore the region’s gritty coal mining history through coal cart pulls, the 11 bridges to Wayne rope course, a kids playground, Morse Mine, Bleriot Ferry zip-lines, and the huge Star Mine slide. The Boneyard focuses on dinosaurs, where recent discoveries with their friend Dr. Locke inspire a dinosaur walk along the river and an outdoor fossil dig pit that invites all ages to uncover the Drumheller Valley’s prehistoric past.
